My philosophy is to work in an integrative way, to concentrate on the techniques that will strengthen the healthy elements inherent in every body, which will in turn help the individual to recover and/or keep optimum health.
I firmly believe that You are the best person to manage your own health, and love to work with clients using my experience and intuition to give some tools and guidance to help gain and sustain each person’s own individual health goals.
A theme that weaves its way through my work is a passion for creating space to be in balance, with a focus on the parasympathetic nervous system or the ‘rest and digest mode’.
iRest® Yoga Nidra is a beautiful meditation protocol that I am thrilled to have in my toolkit to share with clients, either in a group or in co-meditation as a ‘dyad’ (one on one meditation). I weave energetics into Yin Yoga; work with slow embodied flow with Hatha Vinyasa; and am currently exploring the impact of yoga ‘off the mat’ in my PhD research.
